Women Living Fully

Welcome to Women Living Fully! We are a supportive community dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and inspiring women. By joining our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect the integrity of our space and ensure a safe and positive experience for all members.

1. Community Standards & Code of Conduct

Women Living Fully is a space for encouragement, growth, and meaningful connection. To maintain a supportive and respectful environment, members must adhere to the following:

Treat all members with kindness, compassion, and respect.
Bullying, meanness, rudeness, discrimination, judgment, or lack of compassion toward others will not be tolerated.
Any form of harassment, including but not limited to personal attacks, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior, is strictly prohibited.
We are a community of women supporting women. Disruptive behavior that goes against this core value will result in immediate removal from the group without refund.
Members must adhere to all community guidelines, which may be updated as needed to maintain a positive and safe space.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

Women Living Fully is a closed and private community.
What is shared within the community must remain confidential and is not to be shared outside the group.
Any violation of this confidentiality policy will result in immediate removal and banning from the community.
Members must not screenshot, copy, or distribute any community discussions, posts, or private messages without explicit permission.

3. Membership Fees & Payment Policy

Membership fees are paid on a month-to-month basis, unless a package is offered, in which case fees must be paid in advance.
There are no refunds for any membership fees, workshops, courses, or events.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a written request to help@womenlivingfully.com.
Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will end at the completion of the current billing cycle.
Women Living Fully reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, with notice provided in advance to current members.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

Women Living Fully provides resources, support, and inspiration, but we make no guarantees regarding specific results, personal success, or transformations.
Each member is responsible for their own progress, decisions, and actions.
The effectiveness of any advice, training, or content provided is dependent on individual effort and application.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content shared within Women Living Fully, including but not limited to courses, workshops, materials, and community discussions, is the intellectual property of Women Living Fully, Pierrette Raymond, and Pierrette Raymond Group.
Members may not distribute, replicate, or use content outside of the community without explicit written permission.
Any unauthorized sharing, repurposing, or duplication of Women Living Fully content will result in removal from the community and possible legal action.

6. Liability Waiver

Women Living Fully, its founder, Pierrette Raymond, and its facilitators are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the community, programs, or events.
Members participate voluntarily and assume all responsibility for their engagement in discussions, activities, and any advice received within the group.
Women Living Fully is not liable for any financial, emotional, or personal decisions made based on community participation or resources.

7. Immediate Removal & Banning Policy

Violation of any of these terms, including disrespectful behavior, sharing private information, or engaging in conduct that is harmful to the community, will result in immediate removal without refund.
Women Living Fully reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the community.
Any attempt to re-enter the community after removal without permission will result in further action.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from membership or participation in Women Living Fully will first be resolved through informal communication. If no resolution is found, legal mediation may be pursued.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and any legal disputes will be handled within its jurisdiction.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Women Living Fully reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Members will be notified of any significant changes to the terms via email or within the community.
